Please carefully read the following guidelines to help you place order from us, usually, there are two different situations,
I. Off the Shelf Products:
Usually, the delivery time for these off the shelf products order is 30-45 days after receiving payment. If customer order quantity is large enough (exact required quantity is different with models), we can silk print the customer logo on the products or package as free of charge.
1. Sample order:
Usually, most of customers want to receive samples to evaluate the products quality before making decision for the official order, we are pleasure to cooperate with customer and provide our samples, but there are some notes:
a. Customer pay the samples cost to our appointed account in advance, and as a favor, the sample cost is same as our quotation for the official order.b. As the samples shipment is small both in quantity and weight, we usually use the Express to ship the samples order directly, you can choose you preferred Express Companies, for example, FedEx, DHL, UPS, and TNT, you can pay us the express cost together with samples cost in advance, or, you can provide your Express account if they have.
c. We suggest you can pay your sample payment via T/T, we will provide you a proforma invoice with our company bank information.
2. Official order:
a. Usually, we require our customer can fax or e-mail us their official Purchase Contract, if customer have not Purchase Contract sheet, we can provide our Sales Contract, after then, we will send you a proforma invoice with our company bank information for payment purpose.
b. We normally accept T/T payment in advance or L/C at sight. T/T payment is required to be received before our production. Letter of Credit also should be received before our production.
c. We can use our customer appointed ocean forwarder or air forwarder for our shipment, and we also can introduce our ocean forwarders and air forwarders to the customer as reference. If freight is by prepaid, the customer should pay the freight cost to us together with the order payment in advance.
d. For the air shipment, we can send the air shipment from Kunming airport to our customers appointed airports in the world. For the ocean shipment, we prefer to ship from China Guangzhou port.
II. Customized Products
That means the products are customized, which are partly or totally exclusive by the appointed customer, we promise do not sell these customized products to others.
Based on our negotiation, first, our engineers will finish all drawings, including the drawings both for optical system and mechanical structures, we will provide these drawings to our customer for final confirmation before making any new molds. Before making molds, customer must transfer all cost to our appointed account as our negotiation.
Other procedures for sample order and official order are same as off the shelf products.
